All of our products are sent out by royal mail 1st class postage. Please allow 1 - 3 days delivery time by Royal Mail.
If you require your items within 24 hours then you must pay for the Royal Mail next day service. Next Day Delivery cannot apply to Brass as the paint needs 24 hours to dry, therefore a brass plaque by Special Delivery will take 2 days.
Royal Mail Delivery Policy.
Once we have have completed your order you will be notified via an email that we have posted your item.
In the event that your item does not reach you within the Royal Mail delivery timescales, Royal Mail won’t consider an item of mail to be lost until 15 working days from the date it was due to be delivered, or ten days for items sent by special delivery.
Returns
We do not accept any returns for items that have been engraved UNLESS we have made an error with your text requirements as specified with your order, in which case we will offer a complete replacement or a full refund. It is important to make sure your text is accurate.
Before we offer a replacement or refund you must return the goods to us by using Royal mail Recorded delivery.
Items must be returned with their original packaging.
Please note:
FONT CHOICES.
When choosing engraving fonts be aware that if you choose a script font the Capital letters take on a different aperance to lower case letters.
When using pay pal to pay for your goods please ensure your have updated your delivery adress on pay pal
When sending us your text requirements you must ensure that your Capitalisation is as you would like it and all your spelling in correct. We Do Not Check Spelling of words as everybody spells things differently. So please ensure you have spelled things how you would like them. Since we cut and paste your text requirements into or systems, we are unable to correct spelling errors after they have been engraved.

You would receive a plaque that reads.
